BOARDING HOUSE, STUTTGART
In the Toblerone´s original factory building, in the center of Stuttgart, we developed for Stattwerk Stuttgart a conceptual and distribution studies in an complete reform and refit. We implemented a Boarding House in the upper 4 floors and medical offices in the first floors.
The project included a facade studies that were not develop. Today the building is rented as short term apartments for a major company from Stuttgart.
