Tourist villa situated in the idyllic region of Opatija, by the seafront. The plot borders to the north with the coastal road, at an altitude of 20 metres above sea level. To the south is the coast and the view towards the islands and the bay.
These particularities mark all the decisions on the design and on the final location of the building on the plot.
The upper floor of the house is slightly lower than the road in order to protect itself naturally from the noise and the terraces, with large cantilever (2.5o m) are planned as sun protection and living spaces.
